These fillings are intended for bakery and confectionery products where the normal sequence of operations is to apply or insert a filling before baking or where freezing may be expected. Also, the fillings may be put into finished products. You will hardly find anything better for rolled cakes, muffins, croissants, pies, crumpets, tartlets, cookies and other bakery and confectionery products.

Storage: store at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 75%.Packaging: 20 kg containers made of polymeric materials.
Baking parameters for thermostable fillings: bake up to 20 minutes at temperatures up to 220°C.
